A bingo hall floor mid-session

RojoVenues

Bingo halls, bars and resorts — from a full caller console to zero-caller automation. Just a cashier on a phone.

One platform, tuned to your floor

Your venue runs on the same RojoEvents engine as every event on the network: programs and patterns, a caller console or full automation, a cashier POS, TV displays and provably fair results. Every venue type runs it a little differently — see exactly how, below.

Your Friday night: the program you saved last week, tickets printed before doors, your caller on a tablet — or the engine calling — cards on the TVs, and the report done before the chairs are stacked. Paper stays welcome.

Run console — ball board, claims queue, Confirm

A night, start to finish

The program you built last week opens the night: tickets or terminal seats sell at the door, your caller — or the engine — runs the console, and results are on the screen before the last chair is stacked.

  • One console for the whole night: program, sales, calling, claims
  • Runs caller-run by default; switch on auto-call any time
  • Copy last session to set up the next one in a tap

Bring your paper

Your manufacturer decks still work. Import them — with or without a free space — and the caller can verify any card number against the live round, right from the console.

  • Printed QR tickets for players who'd rather use a phone

Your team, their roles

Invite your operator, caller and cashiers by e-mail, each with the access their job needs. Cashiers run the register from any phone, and each one gets their own report.

  • Roles: admin, operator, caller, cashier
  • One login lands each role on the right screen
  • PIN-approved cash-outs, a report per cashier

CardTrack — for the player juggling twelve cards

Twelve cards on the table and a caller two numbers ahead — CardTrack™ auto-daubs every called number across as many cards as a player is running, floats the closest ones to the top, and catches a bingo the instant it happens. It's built into the player page already open on their phone — no app, no tracker to rent.

  • Auto-daub in real time, across unlimited cards
  • Best-card sorting — the closest to winning float up
  • No hardware to buy, charge or sanitize

A Friday night

Four moments, every week.

1

Doors

Tickets and terminal seats sell at the register as players walk in.

2

Sales close, the shuffle is committed

The moment sales close, the round's shuffle is committed — locked in before a single ball is called.

3

BINGO holds the game until Confirm

A called BINGO holds the game right there until your caller confirms it — or rejects a false call and keeps going.

4

Results before close of night

Winners, sales and the cashier report are ready on screen before the last chair goes back on the rack.

Fully automated — bars, resorts & cruise decks

Bingo that needs nobody to call it and nobody to manage it. The engine opens each game, calls the balls at your pace, verifies every bingo the instant a card completes, pays the wallet and starts the next game. Your only staff is a cashier — typically your existing bar staff, on a phone.

Terminal kiosk — cards, balance, Call attendant
Terminal kiosk — cards, balance, Call attendant

Terminals at the table

Every terminal is a small kiosk built for the floor: cards are free to pick while sales are open, and a seat is only charged the moment the game locks. From there it plays itself.

  • Free picks while sales are open, charged at lock
  • Replay and Auto-replay between games
  • Call attendant, with your own list of reasons

Or scan and play on a phone

Not every seat needs a terminal. A ticket printed at the register — or a code scanned off the receipt — opens straight in a phone's browser, no app download required.

  • Printed or scanned QR ticket — no app required
  • PIN set on first scan
  • One BINGO button — verified on the server

Bar staff run the register

The bartender is the whole bingo staff, and the register is a phone. Top up a balance, cash someone out with their PIN, and move a balance to another seat when a group shuffles tables.

  • Top up a balance in seconds
  • PIN-approved cash-out, at the register or the player's phone
  • A receipt on every sale, a report for every cashier

FastTrack — quick games in the gap, or all night at the bar

FastTrack™ is a saved program of short games — single line, four corners, 30-ball speed — with a faster call pace and a winner in minutes. Drop it into the gap between your main sessions, or let it run all night at the bar: it calls itself or runs with your caller, and pays out in seconds. Same jackpots, same money path, a faster format for the same floor.

  • Short patterns from the library, call pace 2–30 seconds
  • Auto-called, one tap to start
  • Moneyball and designated-number jackpots, in a faster format

A Tuesday night at the bar

Nobody's scheduled to call bingo tonight. A regular buys a seat at the register — or scans a ticket — and picks cards on the terminal for free while sales are open. The game locks, the seat gets charged, and the engine starts calling. A card completes, it's verified and paid on the spot, and the next game opens right on schedule. The bartender cashes everyone out with a PIN before last call.

Bingo becomes one more thing the bar offers, not one more shift to staff.

Questions venues ask

Do players need an app?

No. A printed QR ticket or a link opens a page that works on any phone, even with JavaScript off. Kiosks and TVs are browsers too.

Can we keep using our paper cards?

Yes. We import your manufacturer decks (with or without a free space); the caller can verify any card number against the live round.

What if the internet drops mid-game?

Every ball, sale and claim lives on the server, so nothing is lost; kiosks show an offline screen and reconnect; the console picks up exactly where it was.

Do you take a cut of prizes?

No. You set prices and payouts; we license the software.

Can my caller still call by hand?

Yes. Caller-run is the default: one tap per ball, one tap to confirm. Switch on auto-call any time.

Who has to be on shift?

Just a cashier. The engine opens each game, calls, verifies and pays; staff sell and cash out from a phone.
