Operator console — overview

RojoEvents is the engine and console behind a bingo event: build the program, sell tickets, run the games — with a caller or without one — show it on a screen, pay winners and get provably fair results the moment the last game settles. Fundraisers, club nights and any group getting together to play run directly on RojoEvents below. Running a fixed venue instead? See RojoEvents for RojoVenues →

Fundraisers & charity nights

A door pass instead of a cash box, volunteers as cashiers on their own phones, results the same night.

A door pass, not a cash box

Sell a package: pre-paid admission, cards free every game, no counting cash per game. Prefer pay-as-you-go? Switch the event to credit instead.

  • Package (door pass): pre-paid admission, cards issued free each game
  • Print a batch of QR tickets, buyer names imported, PDF or CSV for the print shop
  • No per-game cash math at the door

Volunteers as cashiers

The cashier role runs on any phone your volunteers already carry — no register to buy, no training beyond an afternoon. Every volunteer gets their own report at the end of the night.

  • Cashier role on any phone — no register to buy
  • PIN-approved cash-outs, at the register or on the player's phone
  • Invite volunteers by e-mail, revoke access after the event

Group & community bingo

Clubs, schools, churches, workplaces — any group running a social bingo night runs it on RojoEvents too.

Clubs & community centers

Volunteers call it by hand, or switch on auto-call and watch the room.

Schools & church groups

A class fundraiser, run the same way a hall runs its Friday — a door pass, a projector, a phone for cashiering.

Workplace socials

Auto-called games nobody has to run, played on the phones everyone already has.

Everyone plays from their own phone — no app — and results, winners and balances are ready the moment the last game settles.

From your first event to doors open

Every rollout gets a real person on the other end.

1

Organization & first event

We set up your organization and its program with you — patterns, prices, jackpots, roles.

2

Tickets, terminals, TV

Tickets printed, terminals labeled, TVs paired with a 4-letter code — set up for your night.

3

Doors open

Most events go live within days. Your caller, operator and cashiers already know the console.

Priced for the night you run

You set your prices and payouts and keep your revenue. Straightforward per-player pricing for digital events — sell as many cards per player as you like. No cut of prizes — we license the software. Tell us what you run and we'll send a plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do players need an app?

No. A printed QR ticket or a link opens a page that works on any phone, even with JavaScript off. Kiosks and TVs are browsers too.

Can we keep using our paper cards?

Yes. We import your manufacturer decks (with or without a free space); the caller can verify any card number against the live round.

What if the internet drops mid-game?

Every ball, sale and claim lives on the server, so nothing is lost; kiosks show an offline screen and reconnect; the console picks up exactly where it was.

Do you take a cut of prizes?

No. You set prices and payouts; we license the software.

Which bingo can we run?

75, 90, 80 and 30-ball, 198 patterns in the library plus your own.

Is it fair?

Every round commits its shuffle before a card sells and reveals the seed at the end, verified in your browser.

Can volunteers be cashiers?

Yes — on any phone, PIN-approved, with their own report.

Can supporters play from home?

Yes. The QR link works anywhere; pair it with LiveStream to put your caller on camera.

Which languages?

Kiosk and TV screens in English, Spanish and French; the operator console in English.

How fast can we start?

We set it up with you — most venues are live within days.

Where does the money live?

At your venue. The platform keeps a per-player ledger and never holds funds.

Bring RojoBingo to your venue

RojoEvents runs the game — caller-run or fully automated — with streaming, loyalty and one account on the same platform. Concierge launch in days.
