RojoEvents runs bingo three ways — caller-run, auto-called, or fully automated — and the automation level is a setting on your event, not a different product. Same program, same money, same reports either way.
Caller-run
On shift: a caller and a cashier. Your caller runs the night from a tablet — one tap per ball, one tap to confirm. Cards, daubs, and payouts are automatic, and the claims queue holds the game until you confirm. The caller can also verify any paper card number against the live round. Best for bingo halls, church and club nights.
Auto-called
On shift: an operator and a cashier. The engine calls at your chosen pace — anywhere from 2 to 30 seconds between balls — while your operator confirms bingos and watches the room. Claims still hold the game until confirmed, and the operator can pause and take over by hand any time. Best for fundraisers and busy halls.
Fully automated
On shift: a cashier only. The engine runs the whole program — it opens, calls, verifies, and pays on its own. Verification happens the instant a card completes, the player's wallet is paid automatically, and the next game opens on its own. Nobody calls, nobody manages — your staff just sell and cash out from a phone. Best for bars, resorts, cruise decks, and camps.
Can I switch levels?
Yes — the automation level is chosen per event, so a venue can run a caller-led Friday night and a fully automated bar shift on the same platform.
