Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RojoBingo (the "Service"), including the website, the player app, and any related apps or services operated by RojoBingo. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or play on RojoBingo. RojoBingo is void where prohibited by law. You represent that you are legally permitted to play free-to-play social games in your jurisdiction. RojoBingo may require age or identity verification and may suspend accounts pending verification.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (including any passkey, one-time login code, or other credential) and for all activity under it. One account per person — duplicate or shared accounts may be merged, suspended, or terminated. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Los créditos virtuales no tienen valor en efectivo

RojoBingo es un juego social gratuito — no es apuestas ni juego de azar por dinero real. Los créditos dentro del juego, las cartas y cualquier otra moneda o elemento virtual ("Créditos Virtuales") son una función del Servicio provista únicamente con fines de entretenimiento. Los Créditos Virtuales:

• no tienen valor monetario y nunca son canjeables por efectivo, equivalentes de efectivo o bienes;
• no pueden venderse, transferirse ni intercambiarse entre cuentas o usuarios, y nunca son convertibles en efectivo;
• no otorgan ningún tipo de derecho de propiedad y existen únicamente como un medio para participar en el Servicio;
• pueden ser ajustados, restablecidos, limitados, vencidos o revocados por RojoBingo en cualquier momento, según lo descrito en las reglas del Servicio.

RojoBingo es gratis para jugar y gratis para ganar — para siempre. Nunca es necesaria una compra para participar o ganar en ningún juego del Servicio. Los créditos y otros bienes virtuales pueden estar disponibles como compras opcionales de recarga de bienes virtuales; estas compras nunca son necesarias para jugar o ganar, y nunca son convertibles en efectivo.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

RojoBingo offers optional purchases of Virtual Credits and a paid VIP membership (together, "Purchases"). Purchases made on the web are processed by a third-party payment processor; Purchases made inside the mobile app are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. All Purchases are final. Because Virtual Credits and VIP membership are digital items delivered to your account immediately on purchase, and never carry any cash value or cash-out right, RojoBingo does not offer cash refunds directly except where required by law or at RojoBingo's discretion. If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by RojoBingo directly. VIP membership, where offered, automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the App Store/Google Play subscription manager, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Virtual Items & Gifting

Virtual Credits and other virtual items are personal to your account and, except as described in this section, cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged between accounts or users under any circumstances. The Service includes a limited, built-in friend-gifting feature that lets you send certain cosmetic items (for example, visual daub or celebration effects) to accepted friends, subject to daily sending limits and any other rules posted in the Service. That feature is the only way virtual items may move between accounts. Any transfer, sale, or exchange of a RojoBingo account, Virtual Credits, or other virtual items outside of the Service's own built-in features — including through third-party marketplaces — is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the accounts involved.

6. Conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, use automation not expressly permitted by the Service, collude with other players, manipulate or attempt to manipulate game outcomes, abuse or harass other users or staff, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited conduct. Violations may result in forfeiture of Virtual Credits and account suspension or termination.

7. Responsible Play Tools

RojoBingo is entertainment, not gambling — nothing here is a real-money wager — but we still want play to stay fun and within limits you're comfortable with. The Service includes optional player-protection tools, such as spend caps on virtual-goods purchases and the ability to pause or close your account, configurable from your account settings. These tools are offered as a convenience for players who want them; they do not change the nature of the Service as free-to-play entertainment with no real-money wagering or cash payouts.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, game designs, patterns, graphics, trademarks, and the RojoBingo name and logo, is owned by RojoBingo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RojoBingo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Round outcomes and the Service's random-number generation are described on the fairness verifier.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RojoBingo AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL CREDITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at RojoBingo's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute not otherwise subject to mandatory local consumer-protection law will be resolved in the courts located there.

12. Termination

RojoBingo may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, suspected fraud, or as required by law, generally following the Service's normal moderation and sanctions process (for example, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity). You may close your account at any time by contacting support, and you may generally appeal a sanction you believe was applied in error through your account or by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

RojoBingo may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and, where appropriate, notified to you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
