Fundraisers and charity nights usually run better on a door pass than a cash box, but RojoEvents supports both money models — which one you use is a setting on the event.
Package (door pass)
Sell one package at the door: pre-paid admission, with cards issued free every game after that — no counting cash game by game. Print a batch of QR tickets with buyer names imported, as a PDF or CSV ready for the print shop, and there's no per-game cash math at the door.
Credit sales
Prefer pay-as-you-go instead? Switch the event to credit mode, and players buy cards per game with credits instead of a flat admission package.
Who sells and cashes out?
Either model runs on the cashier role, which works on any phone your staff or volunteers already carry — no register to buy, and training takes an afternoon. Cash-outs are PIN-approved, at the register or from the player's own phone. Invite volunteers by e-mail and revoke access after the event if they're only there for one night; each cashier gets their own report at the end of the night.
