The VIP ladder, explained

Bronze to Diamond — how XP moves you up, and what each tier unlocks.

Every player starts at Bronze. From there, the XP you earn just by playing moves you up the ladder automatically — no purchase required, no application to fill out. Each tier brings faster free reloads, better cashback, and a bigger birthday gift.

How do I earn XP?

XP comes from playing, across several sources:

  • Buying cards
  • Winning rounds
  • Daily check-ins
  • Completing missions
  • Claiming your daily streak (+10 XP)
  • Playing arcade games (+1 XP each, up to 20 a day)

There's nothing extra to do beyond playing the game you already enjoy.

What is cashback?

From Silver upward, a percentage of what you spend — on cards or anything else in the store — comes back to you automatically as cashback. You see the rate live as you play, and it's paid out as bonus credits every week. Bronze doesn't carry a cashback rate; every tier above it does.

What's the birthday gift?

Every player who sets their birthday gets a credit gift once a year, automatically — no purchase or claim needed. The amount is set by your tier, from 250 credits at Bronze up to 750 at Diamond. Your birthday is set once, at account setup, and can't be changed afterward.

Does climbing the ladder unlock private hosting?

No. Hosting your own private bingo games is part of VIP membership, a separate paid membership — no tier of the free VIP ladder unlocks it. See hosting private games for friends for what membership includes.
