Acceptable Use Policy
What's not okay on RojoBingo — and what happens if it happens anyway.
Effective Date: July 25, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service and describes conduct that is prohibited on RojoBingo (the "Service").
1. Purpose
RojoBingo depends on every round being fair and every room feeling safe. This AUP exists to keep games fair for everyone and the community free of abuse.
2. Fair Play — Cheating & Exploits
You may not:
- use scripts, macros, or other automation to play, daub, or claim on your behalf, except where a feature (e.g. paid auto-daub) is explicitly offered by RojoBingo for that purpose;
- exploit bugs, race conditions, or misconfigurations for unintended advantage, or fail to report a significant bug you discover before exploiting it;
- tamper with or reverse-engineer the client, network traffic, or the provably-fair verification data;
- collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a room, tournament, or raffle;
- create or use more than one account per person to gain additional credits, reload allowances, or promotional entries ("multi-accounting").
3. Community & Chat Conduct
In chat, profile content, and any other user-generated content, you may not post content that is: harassing, hateful, or discriminatory; sexually explicit or exploitative, particularly involving minors; threatening or inciting violence; spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing links; or impersonating RojoBingo staff, another player, or any real person or organization.
4. Security & Platform Abuse
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or RojoBingo systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Service (including denial-of-service-style behavior); or scrape the Service at a volume or manner beyond normal individual play.
5. Reporting Violations
If you see behavior that violates this AUP, please report it using the in-app report feature or contact us using the details below. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team; we may not be able to share the outcome of an individual report.
6. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in, at RojoBingo's discretion and generally following the Service's normal moderation and sanctions process: a warning, chat mute, forfeiture of Virtual Credits or winnings obtained through the violation, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious or repeated violations (e.g. cheating for material gain, illegal content) will typically result in immediate termination. If you believe a sanction was applied in error, you can generally appeal it through your account or by contacting support.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time as new abuse patterns or features emerge. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
8. Contact
Questions about this AUP, or reports that need escalation, can be sent to trust-safety@rojobingo.com.
