The cashier role

POS on any phone, PIN-approved cash-outs, and a report per cashier.

The cashier role turns any phone your staff or volunteers already carry into a point-of-sale register — no dedicated hardware to purchase, and staff are trained in an afternoon.

What can a cashier do?

A cashier's screen covers three things: New sale, Scan a ticket, and History — selling tickets, seats, or terminal credits; scanning a printed or emailed QR ticket; and looking back at what's already been sold.

How do cash-outs work?

Cash-outs are PIN-approved — the cashier types the PIN, or the player approves it from their own phone, at the register or wherever the player is.

How are cashiers managed?

Invite operators, callers, and cashiers by e-mail, each with only the access their job needs, and revoke it after the event if they're a one-night volunteer. Every cashier gets their own report at the end of the night — what they received, what they paid out, and the net.

Do I need special equipment?

No — any phone works. That's the whole point: the bartender, the volunteer at the door, or the venue's regular staff can run the register from a device they already have.
